A night not to be missed!   Leddra Chapman Wed 30 Jan Leddra Chapman makes a stop at the Borderline as part of her second UK headline tour this January. This follows on from a 20 date sold out tour for her self-released debut "Telling Tales", supporting Tom Jones and her mate Ed Sheeran while work begins on her new album due out in 2013.   Iwan Rheon Sat 12 Jan Welsh musician and actor Iwan Rheon has been writing tunes since he was 14. Along the way, he's picked up influences from the Beatles, to Oasis and Bob Dylan. Following on from "Tongue Tied" and "Changing Times", Iwan releases his 3rd EP entitled "Bang! Bang!" at the end of the year. He joins us for a rare live set at the Borderline this January!   John Murry Tue 28 Jan John Murry began recording The Graceless Age 4 years ago in San Francisco. He brought the tapes to Memphis and back again, adding layers of sound. It's a big sound at times: backup singers, panoramic guitar noise, sweet piano melodies, an orchestra of strings, bells, horns. But no matter how ethereal or expansive, at the heart of each song is something simple about loss and solitude.   Rebekka Karijord Wed 16 Jan Rebekka Karijord returns to the UK with her second album "We Become Ourselves". Recorded over 8 days in Stockholm, the album is filled with organs, boys and men's choirs, piano, guitar, drums and Karijord's fierce, striking vocal delivery, creating an a record of unforgettable, eerie magic. The Paul Raymond Project Fri 1 Feb Paul Raymond, songwriter, keyboardist and rhythm guitarist of legendary cult hard rock outfit UFO is back with his new solo album "Terms and Conditions Apply" with The Paul Raymond Project. The show will feature Stampede vocalist Reuben Archer on vocals, who also features on the album, and will showcase the new material as well as UFO classics.   John Wheeler (Hayseed Dixie) Thu 7 Feb "Un-American Gothic" is John Wheeler's first solo record. Best known for the past decade as the creator and frontman of the internationally-successful Rockgrass act, Hayseed Dixie, he takes to the stage in support of his solo album, inspired by life on the road with Hayseed. The album is eclectic and individual, like Hayseed Dixie, but with broader scope, personality, intelligence and insight. Bitter Ruin Mon 11 Feb Bitter Ruin's renowned headline show returns to The Borderline for the second time.
