Celebrating the brilliance of their 15th Studio Album "Surreal", Incognito return to Jazz Cafe after a long hiatus. Bluey leader of Incognito says of their latest release "We have our own sound, and we have a fan base worldwide, this was not the time to sit on our laurels or cut corners. For each one of us taking part in the making of "Surreal" this was our chance to make bold statements, hone in our skills, dig deep into our creative souls and produce a body of work that we would all be extremely proud of. Soulgigs.com presents
Syleena Johnson

Sat 30 & Sun 31 Feb
  Melanie Pain (Nouvelle Vague)
Thu 11 Apr
Having grew up around music in her native Chicago, Syleena Johnson signed to Jive Records in 1997 and has released five critically acclaimed albums. Her latest release is "Acoustic Soul Sessions", a new EP released online. Often referred to as one of R&Bs most underrated singers, fans should expect a dynamic performance with songs performed from past, present and future.   Delivering confessional folk-pop chansons in English and French with the coy, breathy vocals of an ingénue, Melanie Pain has the sort of oeuvre and style that inspire descriptions like "naughty but nice". After releasing her debut album "My Name" and touring internationally for 2 years, Melanie has stayed true to her retro pop roots and her new album "Bye Bye Manchester" is out now!
